When sending an email request, the following information should be included:

• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Phone Number
• Your Email
• Full name(s) of the individuals you are searching
• Time Period
• What records you are requesting
• What online or print resources you have already used
• Any additional information
   

The cost for genealogy research is as follows:

• Obituaries……………………$5.00 per obituary
• General Research…….....$10.00 per hour

There is no fee for Holmes County residents.

There is a limit of 10 requests for court cases and probate records.
