Mission Statement

The mission of the Holmes County District Public Library is to design and provide services which will fill the community's need to know, understand, manage and enjoy the world with freedom of thought, thereby improving the quality of life for its residents.

Wi-Fi, Computers, and printers

The following computer and printing services are available at the Central Library and East Branch:

  • Desktop computers with internet access and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
  • Wi-Fi internet access available on your device*
  • Printing from public computers & supported mobile devices
    • Black and white print - $0.15 per page
    • Color print - $0.25 per page

*Wi-Fi service is always available in the parking lot of the Central Library even when the library is closed

 

Copies and faxes

Copy and fax services are available at the Central Library and East Branch.

Copies:

Black & White - $0.15 per page

Color - $0.25 per page

Faxes:

  Domestic:

  $1.50 - first page, $1.00 each additional page

  International:

   $4.95 - first page, $3.95 each additional page

Get notifications

Patrons can choose to receive library notifications about overdue materials or holds available for pickup via email, SMS text message, or phone call.  This preferece is set when applying for a library card but can be changed at any time by calling the Library at 330-674-5972.
